| | nostalgia with elliott. | ] | HEY! So this is an update promoting my current show "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown." It is a musical based on the Peanuts characters filled with humor, happiness and hilarity! (we love our H's here.) And I am Lucy! BUT I am double cast so there are only a few shows that I am in. THEY ARE: Friday the 9th and Sunday the 11th and Saturday the 17th. Friday and Saturday at 8:00 and Sunday at 2:30 at PACE in Easthampton. For tickets, go to pioneerarts.org (you can buy them online). Also, the venue is super small so if you do want to come, I encourage you to buy tickets early just in case. Questions? Just ask me, I'd love to answer them.
So please come, I love to see my friends' lovely faces in the audience! |

| | A little bit of Elliott. | ] | The last time I updated was like a month ago, and so I have taken it upon myself to do a little writing. Er..typing. So here we go then!
Basically I have just been doing shows/rehearsing a lot. 12 down, 24 to go. I also kind of hate wigs now. Things I do like; however, include crazy makeup(fake eyelashes!), fun costumes, matching with the box office people, semi colons, HARRY POTTERRRRRRR, pizza (right now. Mmm), rain, sun (right now as well), The Celery Stalk, crinolines and the fact that I am leaving for Martha's Vineyard in like 3 hours. (Haven't seen Abby for everrrr)
This is the first day I've been home before 5 since I've been at the Majestic. Wow, this is a day to remember. On the other hand, there are upwards of 25 movies I want to see. I wonder when that'll get done...something for me to ponder, I suppose. So, I have fallen in love with my little journal Van gave us the first time MCH met. I doodle in it, take notes in it, write in it, have other people write in it...sigh. It's my baby.
But, ho! I must depart! So I leave with this true statement...
I love markers. |

| | La Vie Bohemeeeee! | ] | Hola amigos, most of you know about my acting job at the Majestic THeater this summer and this is an update telling all of you about the 3 shows we're puttin on! It's a semi-professional theater so this will be goooood. You should all come to them because they are hilarious and basically we are all super amazing!
The first one is called "Golliwhoppers" and runs twice a day at 10:30 and 2:00 on 7/11, 12, 13 and 8/1, 2, 3. It's a wicked upbeat show that tells 4 tales of the beginning of America with song and dance too. Plus we talk in crazy Southern accents! It's hilarious. Featured quote: "Well, paddle my gullywhump!"
"Jack Frost" (same times) on 7/18, 19, 20 and 8/8, 9, and 10. Russian folk tale (Russian accents now!) It's a kind of Cinderella story. (I'm an evil stepsister) Also rather funny/more adult. Plus some cross-dressing... Featured quote: "I do not eat like a pig. You snore."
"The Red Shoes" (same times) on 7/25, 26, 27 and 8/15, 16, and 17. Based on the Hans Christian Anderson story about a girl (me) who meets this crazy gypsy who gives her these red dancing shoes. It's an adventure with crazy characters and is wicked fun! Featured quote: "All famous persons are lonely, my dear." (please say with flamboyant Italian accent.)
The theater is on 131 Elm Street in West Springfield, and you can go there for tickets or call: 413.747.7797 for $7.00. The seats are reserved so get em soon!
If you guys have any questions, comment or IM me (roxybelle215)!
Please come support the cast (there are 6 teenagers in it)/the Majestic! |

| | Who Will Buy-Oliver! | ] | After reading Jessye's update about musicals and Phantom I just couldn't resist puttin on some "All I Ask of You," (Let's just call it AIAoY) and basically expressing my love for it. Oh sigh. Which reminds me that next year we're doing Oz. How'd you guys feel about it?
OH RAOUL! Sorry, I just love him. Yeah so school's out. For summer. And next week I'm gonna have to wake up at like 8, and that just sucks, BUT I will be acting like: a crazy girl who can't stop dancin, a crazy wife, a crazy short-long runner (?), a crazy alligator, a crazy and alliterated girl, and of course a crazy Russian brat who gets frozen. Children's Theater, here I come.
Oh man, is it just me or did Peter Pan just come on? It did. Yes it did. I GOTTA CROW!
A musical party must happen in the near future. And we might have to dress up for it. (and when I say "might have to," I mean "can we pleaseeeee")
OH and before I forget, my life was completed when I found out that the guy who plays Zack on the OC was in "Newsies." It made me love him so much more. Because basically, Newsies is the best thing ever created. "Since when did you become me mudda?" |

I hugged Colin Meloy last Wednesday, not to mention touched his cheek. Yeah, that's right. Best concert I have ever been to. He got the whole audience to SIT DOWN. That's what I call a persuasive dude. Yeah, I'm in love with him too.
REGATTA: We rowed a final against all varsity. And there was a planning to create "The Weakest Link: Northampton Goes Camping" aka magnificence.

I will be sitting on the computer or the couch when I hear a mechanical meowing. It happens every night. I realized, of course, that it was probably a toy cat, and Izzy informed me today that it was, in fact, a stuffed cat that meows, but it was still creepy. I'm just wondering who is squeezing a stuffed cat at midnight every night.

*We played LIFE, and let me just say...cheating in the game of LIFE is so fun, but is noticed. Just get me some milk* and a brownie. *NOTICE! MILK, not malk or mehlk!
And because I have not touched on the subject... "Wicked" was fabulous. Damnnn. So good. I woke up with that stuck in my head this morning as well.
I have also decided that being with all theater kids is a rather strange experience. Kind of like being put in a room with 15 copies of yourself. Strange, but oh so amazing. Drama Club night was wonderful.

Remember that date Not boys, my darling, but words There are 2 commas!
Which, by the way, was originally written for the first time on that white board. And references to the fact that there must be a comma after the day in a date, and the year. Sigh.
So spring is bringing new things. Like bare and smooth legs, along with Becca vowing to stroke them tomorrow. Flip-flops, skirts, sun, hot thighs, tank tops, and increased jolliness!
So, to conclude... Ari, your mother did bring the feather duster. And I, for one, am quite disappointed that this means you will not be able to come bring me the feather duster during school!
And one more Writing Process haiku for you.
Oh dear writing ways "You make me want to la-la" Reference to Ashlee?!
Okay, maybe 2:

MOM: Special mushrooms...

And flowers! OO story! Yesterday in History, I told Bukowick that I hate the rain and that it made me unhappy...so he put a daffodil* on my desk. Sigh...
*that is a funny looking word. Speaking of words...I really like "plethora." "a plethora of Germanic languages..."
And I look forward greatly to the reincarnation of "A Feast Of Words." Maybe this time it should be "A Feast of Words: Including Foods of the Jews." Hmm... how I wish we could enter them in the poetry slam!
Ah! While I was searching La Vie Boheme lyrics...I came upon this: COLLINS AND ROGER Dies irae dies illa KYRIE ELEISON Yitgadal v' yitkadash, etc.
Do you notice? KYRIE ELEISON! That marks the third occurance of this phrase in a song! Thank you. |

We have established that Ms. Michael and I are virtually the same person.
Today in English; Claire, Gabe, Ben and Raina ate shrooms. (in the skit, mind you..I doubt Ms. Michael would allow them in the classroom...)
